An Alfresco area would not be complete without a Sink and Kitchen Mixer that can stand
the elements. Abey has created a range of 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Sinks and Kitchen Mixers which are functional as well as inspirational.
Marine Grade stainless Steel 316, due to the presence of molybdenum, is considerably more resistant to corrosive environments than the standard 304 stainless you will find in many indoor kitchen sinks and tapware. Marine Grade 316 is appropriate and suitable for sea water environments, coastal and marine applications. Because of its greater resistance to oxidation, it is the only choice for an Alfresco area.
The Alfresco Sink range features a modern rectangular bowl with an optional drain tray available. Available in three popular sizes of L380xW440, L540xW440 and L740xW440, there is an option for any space requirement. Each sink has the ability to be mounted inset, undermount or flush mount into your bench. This allows you to be flexible with your design and cabinetry space.
The matching Conos and Laios Kitchen Tapware is designed in Europe. To compliment your design, there are three Kitchen Tapware options:
- The Conos Pro Kitchen Tap (Code 528006). This is a two-piece set that includes a separate pull out spray.
- Laios Standard Kitchen Mixer (Code 517000)
- Laios Pull Out Kitchen Mixer (Code 517120)
Each of these options are again manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel and match perfectly with the Alfresco range of sinks.

New to Abey is the Armando Vicario Resort Shower range. Made of marine grade 316 stainless steel the Armando Vicario Resort shower is made in Italy and offers a durable & reliable shower for any setting. The shower is easy to clean, with a progressive single lever shower mixer allowing for easy use from children to adults. It is also available in both a stainless steel or black finish to provide easy assimilation into any design aesthetic. Finally, it is a completely free standing shower, with a hidden shower head and easily conceals into the base of the shower, allowing for a clean, modern/industrial style to be achieved.
