Yoni was so helpful with choosing products. I have been to various shops, but none have asked the pertinent questions that he did. This also gave me time to consider what I really want in the house. It’s only a pity that you can’t purchase your choices through the South Melbourne showroom. This would make buying everything so much easier, rather than relying on a third party to order the goods. That’s my only gripe. Otherwise this was a very productive and useful visit. Thanks Yoni.

Yoni was wonderful: he understood my taste and budget and guided me to beautiful choices. I was able to try different taps and showers and see how they could be mixed and matched. The kitchen displays were ideal for sizing my new sink. He thought of everything for my new home and Lulu generated a detailed itemised list that my kitchen designer and builder are using.

This is again one of my favorite types of reviews a family run Australian owed business, some where in the industry i believe for over 60 years and two generations of being a leader in tap ware.For me a long serving 35 + years Master Builder & I would like to think I have learnt something :).As you could well imagine I have dealt with many suppliers of bathroom, kitchen & all tap ware.Over those years I have also had the good fortune of dealing with Jamie Herridge one of their dedicated hard working sales leaders.As a profession he is 5 stars all the way ,great communicator, always going out of his way to fulfil his sales obligations, product knowledge is second to none and best of all he sells abbey products. Abbey to me are a first class product definably all round leaders of all their product range defiantly a five star company all round, please support our Australian owned and run businesses we owe it to our children.

Good customer service involves various elements and this was shown today when we visited Abey at their Albert Park show room. We were so disappointed to find that our new Armando Vicario tap had a chip in the black powder coating on the handle (possibly installation damage). Given the $800 cost, we were devastated.
