What type of Stainless Steel Kitchen Mixer should I use?
Abey’s Kitchen Sink Collection, Stainless Steel Kitchen Mixers are available in both 304 and 316 Stainless Steel. 304 Stainless Steel is the most common type of Stainless Steel. It is durable and easy to clean. 316 Stainless Steel is a Marine Grade Stainless Steel. Being marine grade, the kitchen mixers can be placed outside as they will not corrode even in tough saltwater environments. We only recommend using a 316 Stainless Steel Kitchen Mixer in an Alfresco area on in other high areas that are outside the home. Inside the home, either the 304 or 316 kitchen mixers will suffice.

Abey’s Stainless Steel Kitchen Mixers are 100% lead free. This ensures that your drinking water is as clean as it can be. In fact, by 2024 all tapware sold in Australia must be from lead-free.
Gooseneck versus Square Neck Spout Shape
As the name suggests, the gooseneck design has a spout that represents a curved design emulating that of a gooseneck. The advantage of this design is that it reduces splashing and makes it easier to use when washing large pots. All the Abey Stainless Steel Kitchen Mixers have mixers in this shape.
